Jhalak Education offers training and consultancy services designed specifically for doctors. All training, consultancy, and materials are delivered with the highest standards of professionalism.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use our materials for personal and professional development only.
• Not distribute, copy, or share proprietary content without prior consent.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment: All fees must be paid in full before accessing our programs or services.
• Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, refunds will not be issued unless the program is canceled by Jhalak Education.
  • Refund requests can be sent to bipinkoner@jhalak.co.in with proof of payment and reason for the request.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, templates, and content provided by Jhalak Education are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jhalak Education is not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Errors or omissions in the content provided during training sessions.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Burdwan, West Bengal.
