Your Rights Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and to request erasure of your data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time, as easily as you gave it — this does not affect the lawfulness of anything done with your data before you withdrew consent.
You have the right to a grievance redressal mechanism if you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data (see “Grievance Officer and Contact” below), and the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
